President’s Message

Planning and preparations are well underway for the 43rd annual Tacoma Highland Games to be held on June 23, 2012. The fifteen (15) members of our Board of Directors are hard at work arranging for entertainment and judges, contacting clans and vendors, and publishing brochures and posters. This group of dedicated volunteers works year-round to ensure the success of the Highland Games at Frontier Park in Graham.

The Tacoma Highland Games Association is a volunteer non-profit organization. Volunteers play an indispensable and essential part in producing the Games. Please take a moment to print out the Volunteer Form and select a committee.

An open invitation for membership in the Tacoma Highland Games Association is extended to you, your family and acquaintances. The purpose of the organization is to promote and preserve Scottish tradition, culture and heritage. The Membership Form is available on this website.

There are many Scottish events planned throughout the year. Please check our Events Schedule. I encourage you to attend, don your Scottish attire and enjoy these exciting activities.

Remember to mark June 23, 2012 on your calendar and come prepared to enjoy a “bit of the Highlands” at Frontier Park.

Thank you!

Diana Kildow, President
